摘　　要：对外镀锌内涂塑可锻铸铁管件的涂塑涂料和机械加工工艺方面做了较大改进,较好的解决了小于DN100热镀锌内涂塑钢管的接口螺纹连接涂塑膜质量问题,保证了管件的防蚀和密封性能,使涂塑管路全程性能得到保证.使整体管路和高层建筑同寿命,免维修.The paint and processing technology of malle able zinc-coated threading tube plastics inside have been improved. It is a better solution to the problems in the qualityof plastic-coating interface connected with thread of zinc-coated threading tube with plastics inside which is smaller than DN 100. As a result,the anti-corrosion and sealing performance are ensured,so that the whole coating pipeline performance can be guaranteed,and the whole pipeline will have the same life with highrise building and free maintenance.
