摘　　要：通过对当前我国农业教育及立法现状作深入剖析,指出当前农业教育应解决和克服在教育体系传统观念、外部挑战上存在的问题。并从法律角度提出建立和完善农业教育政策法规的建议,即要加强农业教育法制建设,加强立法支持和创新教育模式。Education of agriculture education in and regulations governing serves as the basis of science and technology. After a detailed analysis of the reality China and legislation, advices are put forward on establishing and perfecting laws agriculture education.
