摘　　要：大学精神文化作为一种"软实力"对高校发展起着重要作用,但由于其缺乏对应的客观实体,其作用带有一定的神秘性,许多学者因此撰文讨论这一问题。运用工程仿真方法研究这一人文科学问题,分析设计基于代表师生Agent的大学文化进化模型。在模型中,反映师生的追求理想信念与适应世俗文化一同演化。模型综合Agent后天的文化熏陶教育与先天的基因追求理想等因素共同相互作用和演化。通过定量模型仿真大学文化形成过程。仿真结果表明,模型有助于理解大学文化形成和积淀的演变过程,揭示大学名师在形成大学精神文化的作用和地位。Universlty spirit culture, as a form of ＂ soft competence＂, is vital to the development of colleges and universities. However, owing to the lack of corresponding physical agents, how it plays its role has always remained a mystery, which has aroused the interest of many scholars. An agent - based religion origin evolutionary model is proposed in this paper. In the Agent model, the belief not being verified is evolved with the knowledge being conformed. The model integrates the effects of the learning and the ability inherited in the gene. The ability of revealing the verifiable information （ real information） about a real world and that of blind faith in the unverifiable information （unreal information） about an imaginary world are communicated mutually. And the religion belief origin evolutionary process is simulated by this quantitative model. The simulation results show that it is helpful to understand the religion belief origin evolutionary process.
