摘　　要：科学人才培养观,是科学人才观和科学培养观的有机统一,是科学发展观在人才培养工作中的具体运用。在高校坚持以科学人才培养观为指导,着力构建全员、全过程、全方位育人的工作体系,是切实可行和非常必要的。Scientific cultivation of talents combines scientific understanding of talents and scientific cultivation, which, in fact, is an application of scientific development in cultivating talents. It is both practical and necessary for colleges and universities to insist on scientific cultivation and construct a complete system that involves all workers and covers the complete process in order to cultivate talents in all aspects.
