摘 要:目的探讨532 nm半导体激光治疗外层渗出性视网膜病变(Coats病)的临床效果。方法Coats病患者29例31只眼,以532 nm半导体激光反复多次光凝病变区视网膜组织,对视网膜渗出区行包围式光凝,光斑直径300~500μm,时间0.2~0.3 s光斑间距1个光斑,每次击射300~500点,出现三级光斑为准;对病变尚未被波及黄斑中心区者,在黄斑中心区与病区之间做2~3排光凝斑,光斑直径100~200μm,时间0.1~0.15 s,以出现二级光斑为准。结果显效6只眼(19.4%),有效23只眼(74.2%),无效2只眼(6.5%),总有效率93.6%。视力提高18只眼(58.1%),不变13只眼(41.9%)。结论激光光凝是治疗外层渗出性视网膜病变的首选方法,是保护患者视力以及控制病情发展的有效手段,对早期病变效果特别明显。Objective To explore the effect of 532 nm laser treating external exudative retinopathy(Coats disease). Methods In the 29 patients(31 eyes) with Coats disease,the 532 nm semiconductor laser photocoagulation was used on the diabetic retinopathy area repeatedly around the exudative retinopathy area,the spot diameter was 300-500 μm,the time was 0.2-0.3 s and the spot spacing was 1 spot.Slap shot was 300-500 points per time to reach tertiary light spot.For the unaffected area and center of the yellow spot,make 2-3 lines of light spots between affected area and center of yellow spot,the spot diameter was 100-200μm,the time was 0.1-0.15 s,till reaching secondary light spot. Results The result was as follows: prominent,6 eyes(19.4%),valid,23 eyes(74.2%) and invalid,2 eyes(6.5%),the total effective rate was 93.6%.Eighteen eyes(58.1%) had improved visual acuity,and 13 eyes had invalid treatment,the percentage was 41.9%. Conclusions Treating Coats disease with laser is currently the preferred method,and the means to protect the eyesight and control the illness of the patient.Treating Coats disease with laser is effective,especially in the early stage.
