摘  要:目的探讨成纤维细胞激活蛋白(FAP)、α-SMA和TGF-β1在小鼠肝纤维化组织中的表达和三者之间的关系。方法建立四氯化碳诱导的小鼠实验性肝纤维化模型,应用免疫组织化学技术检测小鼠肝纤维化组织中FAP、α-SMA和TGF-β1的表达。结果FAP、α-SMA和TGF-β1与小鼠肝纤维化程度呈正相关(rs分别为0.753,0.762,0.834,P<0.0001);且FAP与α-SMA、FAP与TGF-β1的表达均呈正相关(rs为0.825和0.814,P<0.0001)。结论FAP可作为判定肝纤维化程度的指标之一,且可能与TGF-β1共同促进肝纤维化进展。Objective To investigate the expression of fibroblast activation protein (FAP),α-SMA and TGF-β1 in mouse hepatic fibrosis and relationship among them. Methods Experimental liver fibrosis model was induced with carbon tetrachloride.The expressions of FAP,α-SMA and TGF-β1 were detected with immunohistochemical technique in mouse hepatic fibrosis tissue. Results The immunoreactivity of FAP,α-SMA and TGF-β1 was positively correlated with the degree of hepatic fibrosis (rs =0.753,0.762,0.834,P〈0.000 1). Moreover,the expression of FAP had a positive correlation with α-SMA and TGF-β1 in hepatic fibrosis tissue respectively (rs=0.825 and 0.814,P〈0.000 1). Conclusion FAP may act as a useful marker to evaluate the degree of hepatic fibrosis and promote the progression of hepatic fibrosis together with TGF-β1.
