医院图书馆数字资源需求与服务的读者调查及分析

摘　　要：目的调查统计及分析医院图书馆信息资源需求与服务的读者,了解读者对图书馆收藏信息资源的认识与需求、对数字资源的服务与评价.方法设计调查表对读者的年龄结构、学历结构以及专业结构进行调查.结果调查共发放问卷587份,回收有效调查问卷474份,回收率为81%.读者各年龄段分布比较均衡,42岁以下的占76%.读者学历分布,硕士及本科生居多占92%.读者专业分布,信息类占34%,医学类占66%.结论通过调查分析,了解读者在其利用图书馆的过程中发生的最真实的感受,作为图书馆管理所必需的"信息资源"来开发与利用.提出了医院图书馆满足读者数字资源需求,提高数字资源利用及对策.Objective To learn readers＇ evaluation and needs for services and digital resources of hospital libraries by investigating hospital library information resources and services for readers,Method We designed a questionnaire to investigate the age structure,educational structure and professional structure of doctors and postgraduate readers.Results We delivered 587 questionnaires and recovered 474 questionnaires,the recovery rate was was 81%.The ages of readers was in a balanced distribution,the number of readers aged less than 42 years accounted for 76%.Master＇s and undergraduate students accounted for 92% of readers.Readers majored in information accounted for 34%,and majored in medicine accounted for 66% .Conclusion Through the investigation and analysis,we can understand the real feelings of readers in their use of the library.It is necessary to develop information resources for libraries,therefore hospital library should meet the needs of readers for digital resources and take countermeasures to improve the use of digital resources.
