植物油与二甲苯分别配制的甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐乳油对哺乳动物的急性毒性差异

摘  要:本文测定了3种植物油溶剂(精制松树油、棕榈油及精制松树油和棕榈油混合油)和二甲苯分别配制的甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐乳油(下称甲维盐乳油)对哺乳动物大鼠和家兔的急性毒性。实验结果表明:3种植物油溶剂配制的甲维盐乳油对大鼠急性经口和急性经皮毒性均属于低毒。与二甲苯相比,棕榈油、精制松树油和棕榈油混合油分别配制的1%甲维盐乳油降低了对家兔皮肤的刺激性和对家兔眼的刺激性。除精制松树油配制的甲维盐EC对雄性大鼠毒性高于二甲苯配制的甲维盐乳油,而其余植物油配制的甲维盐EC对雌雄性大鼠的毒性低于二甲苯配制的甲维盐乳油。植物油替代二甲苯配制甲维盐乳油提高了对哺乳动物的安全性。In the present paper, the mixtures were made of emameetin benzoate ( 1% EC) and refined pine tree oil, palm oil, mixed oil of refined pine tree oil and palm oil, respectively. The acute toxieities of these plant oil mixtures to mammals (rat, rabbit) were tested. The mixture acute toxicity of emameetin benzoate ( 1% EC) and xylene was also tested. Results indicated that both the ora and skin acute toxieities of plant oil mixtures were confined as low - rank for rats. For rabbits, the plant oil mixtures presented the lower skin or eye irritation toxieities than that the sylene mixture did. For male rates, the mixture toxicity of refined pine oil was higher than the xylene mixture. The mixtures of palm oil and mixed oil of refined pine tree oil and palm oil presented the higher toxicity rank for both male and female rats than that the xylene mixture did. In practice, the plant oil could substitute xylene to mix a safer emamectin benzoate mixture for mammals.
