摘  要:目的:探讨S100A11在胃癌和正常胃粘膜组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用RT-PCR和Western Blot技术检测21对配对胃癌组织和正常胃粘膜组织中S100A11的表达情况。结果:胃癌组织S100A11 mRNA的表达量(1.26±0.03)高于正常胃癌粘膜组织中的表达量(0.75±0.04),两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。S100A11蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达量(0.94±0.05)明显高于在正常胃粘膜组织中的表达量(0.39±0.05),两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:S100A11在胃癌组织中的表达量明显高于正常组织,提示其与胃癌的发生和发展有关。Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of S100A11 in human gastric carcinoma and surrounding normal tissue. Methods: The expression of S100A11 in 21 matched-pairs of gastric carcinoma tissues were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot methods. Results: The relative expression value of S100A11 mRNA found in human gastric carcinoma specimens was 1.26±0.03, and that did in surrounding normal tissue specimens was 0.75±0.04(p〈0.05). The integral optical density value of S100A11 protein confirmed in human gastric carcinoma specimens was 0.94 ±0.05 and that did in surrounding normal tissue specimens was 0.39±0.05 (p〈0.05). RT-PCR and Western blot indicated expression of S100A11 in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in corresponding normal stomach tissue respectively. Conclusion: The expression of S100A11 was significantly higher in gastric cancer than in control normal tissue, which suggests that S100A11 plays a role in the tumorigenesis and development of gastric carcinoma.
