金克、噻替派和丝裂霉素C膀胱癌术后应用

摘　　要：（目的）探讨提高膀胱癌术后生存率和延长无瘤间期的措施。（方法）1992年2月至1998年2月，对60例入院病人以单、双号自然分组，术后一组用噻替派、丝裂霉素C交替膀胱内灌注，另一组同样灌注同时加服金克（槐耳）。（结果）金克槐耳加化疗组明显优于单纯化疗组，一例复发，占3．3％，单纯化疗组5例复发，占167％。（结论）金克（槐耳）预防晒优肿瘤复发有较好效果。不仅抑制肿瘤细胞生长，还可增强机体免疫力，能内源性地诱导α、γ干扰素，推荐此药用于临床。[Purpose] To evaluate the effect of post-operative chemotherapy with Jinke, and Thio-TEPA, Mitomycin C forBladder Cancer. [Methods] From Feb. 1992 to Feb. 1998, a total of 60 patients with bladder cancer underwent surgery, and ran-domized divided into two groups: the chemotherapy group (Thio-TEPA and Mitomycin C, intro-bladder perfusion, 30 cases), thecombined Jike and chemotherapy group(30 cases). [Result] Recurrence was found in one out of 30 patients in the combined Jikeand chemotherapy goup(3. 3%), compared with 5 cases in that of chemotherapy group(16. 7%,P<0.05). [Conclusion]Jinke hasagood effect on preventing recurrence of bladder cancer, and is recommeded to clinical practice.
