摘　　要：目的：评价ＣＴ增强扫描对乳癌的诊断价值。材料与方法：对２２例经病理证实及临床诊断的乳癌平扫和增强ＣＴ影像学特征进行回顾性分析。在注射造影剂１００ｍｌ前后，对病灶进行薄层扫描，测量对应层面病灶的ＣＴ值。结果：２２例ＣＴ平扫显示肿物１２例，边缘毛刺１０例。注射造影剂后２２例肿瘤全部强化。强化方式有４种：均匀、不均匀、环形和多发结节，ＣＴ值上升５４４５±３１４７，并更确切显示肿块边缘、皮肤及胸壁受累改变。PURPOSE:To use enhanced computed tomography (CT) to evaluate the diagnostic value in breast cancer.MATERIALS and METHODS:The characteristic findings of plain and enhanced CT were analyzed retrospectively in 22 patients with breast cancer confirmed by pathology and clinical method.Thin-section CT scans were performed before and after injection of 100 ml Ultravist.The CT numbers of lesions in the same section were calculated before and after administration.RESULTS:Plain CT showed tumors in 12 and “thorn sign'in 10 of 22 patients.All malignancy were enhanced after being injected contrast agent in 4 kinds of mode-homogeny,inhomogeny,ring and multinode,and CT numbers increased 54 45±31 47,at the same time,the edge of tumor and the change of skin and chest wall invaded were accurately visualized.CONCLUSION:Enhanced CT contributed to discovery and diagnosis of breast cancer.
