抑郁性神经症和重型抑郁症人格特征和生活事件的对照研究

摘　　要：目的：比较抑郁性神经症（ＮＤ）和重型抑郁症（ＭＤ）的人格特征和生活事件及两者一级亲属人格特征的差异。方法：采用生活事件量表（ＬＥＳ）和艾森克个性问卷（ＥＰＱ）对３４例ＮＤ患者和３６例ＭＤ患者进行了生活事件调查和人格特征评定，同时对ＮＤ患者１２３名一级亲属和ＭＤ患者１３４名一级亲属亦进行了人格特征评定。结果：ＮＤ患者ＥＰＱ－Ｎ分高于ＭＤ患者，而ＥＰＱ－Ｐ分低于ＭＤ患者，ＮＤ一级亲属ＥＰＱ－Ｐ分亦低于ＭＤ一级亲属；ＮＤ患者夫妻关系和工作方面生活事件评分明显高ＭＤ患者。结论：ＮＤ患者的个性特征与ＭＤ患者不同，其一级家属的个性特征也有差异。ＮＤ患者发病前可能存在更多的心理因素社会。Objective: To investigate the differences of personality and life events between Neurotic Depression (ND)and Major Depression(MD) and explore the differences of personality between the first degree relatives of the patients with ND and the first degree relatives of the patients with MD.Methods: Thirty-four patients with ND and 36patients with MD were investigated with Life Event Scales and EPQ, and 123 first degree relatives of the patients with ND and 134 first degree relataives of the patients with MD were also investigated with EPQ. Results:The EPQ-N subscale scores of patients with ND were higher than that of patients with MD, and the EPQ-P subscale scores of the patients with ND were lower than that of the patients with MD. The EPQ-P subscale scores in the first relatives of patients with ND were lower than that in the first degree relatives of patients with MD. The scores of life events in marriage and works of the patients with ND were higher than that of the patients with MD respectively ( χ 2=4.35,P<0.05;χ 2=4.09,P <0.05). Conclusion:There were significant differences in personality between the patients with ND and that with MD. There were also significant differences in personality between the first degree relatives of the patients with ND and that with MD. The patients with ND had more precipitating psychosocial factors when they began to develop the diseases.
