摘　　要：采用多种缺氧动物模型观察心脉灵对小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响。结果表明心脉灵可剂量依赖性地延长常压密闭缺氧小鼠存活时间，可明显延长亚硝酸钠中毒和利多卡因中毒小鼠存活时间，并可延长断头小鼠张口动作持续时间及增加张口次数。Xinmailing prolonged the survival time of mice under the condition of closed normobaric hypoxia in dose-dependent manner and the survival time in mice poisoned by NaNO 2 or lidocaine. Xinmailing also prolonged decapitation-induced gasing duration and times. The antianoxic effects of Xinmailin was shown to decreaseg O 2 consumption of body and rais the ability of body to utilize O 2.
