摘  要:目的:观察坎离颗粒对慢性心力衰竭大鼠骨骼肌乳酸、葡萄糖水平及Ca^(2+)-ATP酶活性的影响。方法:以腹主动脉缩窄法复制慢性心力衰竭大鼠模型。32只大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、开搏通组、坎离颗粒组,每组8只。予相应的药物干预32周,观察各组大鼠骨骼肌组织乳酸、葡萄糖水平及Ca^(2+)-ATP酶活性变化。结果:慢性心力衰竭大鼠骨骼肌组织Ca^(2+)-ATP酶活性和葡萄糖水平降低,乳酸水平升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);中西药物均能不同程度地改善上述病理状况,但坎离颗粒在改善骨骼肌葡萄糖水平方面优于开搏通(P<0.01)。结论:坎离颗粒能改善慢性心力衰竭大鼠骨骼肌组织的糖代谢。Objective:To investigate the effects of "Kanli Granule" on lactic acid, glucose and Ca^2+ -ATPase activity in skeletal muscles of rats of chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods : Chronic heart failure was established in rats by coarctating abdomi-nal aorta. Thirty-two rats were divided into four groups: sham group, model group, control group by captopril and treatment group by "Kanli Granule". Thirty-two weeks later, the lactic acid, glucose and Ca2+ -ATPase activity in skeletal muscles of rats were detected. Reuslts : In model group, the glucose and Ca2+ -ATPase activity decreased and lactic acid increased ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈0.01 ); both " Kanli Granule" and captopril could regulate the lactic acid, glucose and Ca2+ -ATPase activity( P 〈 0.05,P〈0.01), but "Kanli Granule" had better effect than captopril in improving glucose(P〈0.01). Conclusion: "Kanli Granule" is effective to improve glucose metabolism in skeletal muscles of rats of chronic heart failure.
