摘　　要：胃动力检测有助于功能性胃肠疾病的诊断和治疗。通过检测胃排空时间、胃容量、胃顺应性、胃内压力或胃电活动可直接或间接反映胃动力功能,检测方法包括影像学、药物吸收试验、呼气试验、导管测压、胃电图,以及新近发展的生物电阻抗法等,每种方法均有各自的原理和优缺点,临床需根据实际选择合适的方法,且尚需探索更为理想、简单、经济的检测手段。Measurements of gastric motility is helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases. There are some clinical examination methods available to measure gastric motility, such as imageology, absorption test, breath test, manometry, electrogastrogram and recent developed bioeiectrical impedance tomography, all these methods could be used to evaluate the gastrie emptying time,gastric volume, gastric accommodation,intragastric pressure or gastric electrical activity with different principles and advantages or disadvantages. It is very＇ important to choose one of the most suitable measurements according to cilnical demands, however,more ideal,simple and economic methods are needed in the future.
