摘　　要：了解脑血管病变的潜在危险因素,是预见病情变化及全面把握病情的需要,以最大可能地早期提供防治措施。在脑血管病变潜在危险因素中,尤其应当重视早期病情加重及猝死。尽早发现病情并采取必要的防治措施,以扼制病变发展,避免因脑血管病变本身潜在危险因素导致病情恶化或加重。Understanding the potential risk factors of cerebral vascular disease is essential for knowing the condition of disease, anticipating the change of disease, and can provide measures for early prevention. In the potential risk factors for cerebral vascular disease, we should pay attention to the early exacerbations and sudden death in particularly. It is important to early detect the disease and provide prevention and cure meas- ures to avoid disease progression resuhed from the potential risk factors.
