摘　　要：目的探讨Expasyl排龈膏在牙齿楔状缺损修复中的临床应用。方法随机选择68例138颗楔状缺损患牙,应用Expasyl排龈,光固化复合树脂充填,随访,观察疗效。结果 138颗患牙用Expasyl排龈膏排龈后修复,修复后134颗牙效果良好,4颗效果不佳,有效率达到97.10%。结论 Expasyl排龈膏排龈,光固化复合树脂充填牙齿楔状缺损效果肯定。Objective To evaluate the clinial application of the Expasyl gingival retraction paste in restoration of wedge - shaped defects. Methods 138 teeth with wedge - shaped defects from 68 patients were chosen. During the teeth were filling with light - cured composite resin, Expasyl gingival retraction paste were used. The clinical effects were observed periodically. Results The effects of 134 teeth were good, and the effects of 4 teeth were bad. The total effective rate was 97. 10%. Conclusion The effect of Expasyl gingival retraction paste in restoration of wedge - shaped defects is favorable.
