摘　　要：生态安全包括自然生态安全、经济生态安全和社会生态安全,尤指自然和半自然生态系统的安全,是维护地区或国家乃至全球的生态环境不受威胁的状态,它能为整个生态经济系统的持续发展提供生态保障。采用OECD与UNEP共同提出的PSR概念模型,构建了一套包括资源环境压力、资源环境状态和社会经济响应3个方面15个指标的评价指标体系,以石河子市的相关数据为基础,评价石河子市城市生态安全。评价结果显示:石河子市城市生态安全水平近10年来大致呈上升趋势,生态环境良化。据此进一步对解决石河子市的生态安全问题,促进城市可持续发展提出合理化建议。Ecological security includes the natural ecological security, the economic ecological security and the social ecological security. The ecological security describes a security states of the area, the country and even the global ecological environment. It will provide the ecological guarantee for the sustainable development of the whole ecological economic system. According to the conceptual pattern of P - R - S proposed by OEC and UNEP an index system of eco - security was constructed which consists of three programs and fifiteen indexes including the resources environment pressure, the resoureesenvironment condition and the humanities environment response, and the urban eco - security of Shihezi was appraised. It was concluded that its eco - security has as- cended approximately and its eco - environment has become better in the recent 10 years. The proposal was proposed in order to solve the urban eco - security problems and promote the urban sustainable development based on analysis and appraisement.
