摘  要:研究了平衡施肥对芋头产量、品质和经济效益的影响。试验结果表明,与CK(无肥处理)相比,不同施肥处理显著提高芋头产量达24.9%~76.7%,以增施钙肥处理(N3015K20Ca)增产效果最为显著;在N3015K20(OPT)的基础上配施钙、硼肥芋头产量分别增加15.1%和13.3%。不同施肥处理间芋头品质差异不显著。从2003—2007年,与CK相比,各施肥处理均可改善芋头品质(淀粉,氨基酸,粗蛋白,全P,全K),且各项品质指标均呈逐年上升趋势。在处理OPT基础上配施钙、硼肥对芋头各品质指标无明显改善,甚至出现负效应。N30P15K20Ca和N30P15K20B处理的施肥利润最高。综合产量、品质和经济效益来看,N30P15K20Ca为芋头优质高产最佳养分组合。Years of field experiment was carried out to study the effect of balanced fertilization on yield, quality and economic benefit of taro. The results indicated that compared to the no fertilizer treatment, the yield of taro was significantly increased by 24.9%-76.7% by the application of fertilizers. The yield of adding calcium fertilizer increased most; further adding calcium and boron fertilizers on the basis of N3015K20 (OFF), the yield of taro increased by 15.1% and 13.3%. The difference between different fertilization treatment was insignificant on the taro quality. From 2003-2007, the qualities of taro (starch, amino acid, crude protein, total P and total K) were increased year by year by the application of fertilizers compared to control. Addition of calcium and boron fertilizers on the basis of N3015K20 (OFF) indicates no significant improvement on quality, even a negative effect. The treatments of N3015K20Ca and N3015K20B get the greatest fertilization profit. Considering yield, quality and eenomic benefit, N3015K20Ca is the best treatment for high quality and high yield of taro.
