早期羊膜移植治疗严重眼表烧伤16例

摘　　要：目的探讨羊膜移植治疗严重眼表烧伤的疗效。方法对16例(19眼)严重眼表烧伤早期施行羊膜移植术。术后随访6～12个月,观察临床疗效。结果19眼中有6眼角膜留下瘢痕,有少量新生血管;3眼角膜瘢痕较厚,新生血管较多;无角膜穿孔。结论羊膜移植是治疗早期严重眼表烧伤的有效疗法。Objective To study the therapeutic effects of amnotic membrane transplantation on the treatment of severe ocular surface burns in early. Methods Sixteen patients （ 19 eyes） who suffered from severe ocular surface burns were treated with amniotic membrane transplantation. The postoperative follow-up periods were from 6 - 12 months. Results Among the 19 eyes, there were 6 eyes with thin corneal leucoma and with little neovascularization, 3 eyes with thick corneal leucoma. There was no corneal perforation. Conclusion Amniotic membrane transplantation is a effective method for early severe ocular surface bums.
