摘 要:将软开关技术、脉冲焊技术和总线通信技术等有机结合,研制了协同控制的Tandem型双丝脉冲MAG焊电源。脉冲焊接电源主电路采用饱和电感并充分利用励磁能量拓宽软开关范围,针对双丝脉冲焊电弧形态、熔滴过渡及电源外特性和动特性的要求,提出了基于电流峰值模式的双闭环恒电流和恒电压控制模式,并进行了分析与设计;利用SOC单片机C8051F020和RS485总线通信技术实现了双丝脉冲焊的数字化协同控制,解决了双丝高速焊两路输出脉冲同步、反相与随机输出形式的协同控制。试验表明,电源性能满足设计要求,高速焊接过程稳定、焊缝成形好、飞溅小、变形小。By combining soft-switching technology,pulsed welding,the bus communication technology ect.,a synergic controlled tandem inverter is designed.A novel topology by adopting saturable inductor and fully utilizing the magnetic inductance to widen soft-switehing range is proposed.To meet the requirements of pulsed arc,globular transfer mode and power supply characteristics,the double closed loop constant current or voltage control system based peak-current mode is presented and designed.With the application of C8051F020 micro-controller and RS485 communication technology,the synchronic control for the waveform output in double wire high speed welding process was realized,including synchronization,alternation and random.Experiments show that all the electric performance meet the design requirements ,and eminently show the merits of the twin-wire high-speed welding such as the stable welding process, perfect welding seam,little splash and small deformation.
