摘 要:在分析数字印刷特点的基础上,提出开展数字印刷质量检测与客观评价方法研究的必要性,探讨基于CCD图像捕获设备进行数字印刷质量分析的可行性、评价要素及其具体实施技术。结合印刷样张实例,通过质量分析说明并验证了数字印刷质量检测与评价的具体方法。结果表明,采用基于CCD的数字印刷质量分析方法可以快速地完成印刷质量的客观检测与评价,有效控制印刷质量,对提高和改进数字印刷承印材料、墨水及印刷设备等的质量具有积极的作用。The necessity for the research of objective analysis and measurement method of digital printing quality was proposed through analysis of the characteristics of digital printing. The feasibility and evaluation elements of digital print quality analysis and its implementation technology based on CCD device were discussed. The quality analysis method was demonstrated through the quality analysis on the printing dots,lines,text and large filled areas using several digital sample prints with different media or different printing technology. The results showed that CCD-based digital print quality analysis method is very useful and effective to evaluate and control digital print quality,and is helpful to improve printing media,toner,inkjet inks and printing equipment.
