摘 要:目的:测定经过二期处理光固化复合树脂的耐磨性。方法:3种光固化复合树脂光固化40s后,分别光照5min,140℃热处理7.5min和0.6MPa120℃加压加热处理7min,用自制的牙刷磨耗机磨刷75000次。结果:经过二期处理的光固化复合树脂,其磨耗率均比其对照组(光照40s)低,范围在17.78%~29.18%之间,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。但3种材料之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。Aim: To determine the secondarily treated composite resins wearproof. Methods: The three light cured composite resins secondarily treated by light cured for 5min, heat treatment at 140℃ for 7.5min or cured at 120℃ at 0.6MPa pressure under water for 7min after light cured for 40s, then wore 75000 in selfmade toothtrust instrument. Results: The rate of wear was significant lower than that of the control groups (light cured 40s only) range from 17.78%~29.18%. It had statistical difference ( P <0.05), but these three light cured composite resins had no statistical difference. Conclusions: The wearproof of the secondarily treated composite resins is better than that of the control groups.
