摘　　要：在知识生产领域,团队生产模式已经被广泛采用,并显示出日益重要的地位。通过对网上开源软件社区的相关数据分析,验证并强化了Wuchty等"团队生产绩效优于个人生产"的研究结论。最后,通过深入的理论分析和数值仿真,找到了团队合作高绩效现象在知识生产领域涌现的原因,揭示了合作绩效随团队规模持续提升的奥秘。Teams production is dominating in production of knowledge gradually. We favor and strengthen the research of Wuchty et al. , namely teams typically produce more highly performance than individuals, by analyzing the data from sourceforge, net. This paper finds the theoretic cause why efficiency of teams emerges in production of knowledge, then reveals the mystery that the performance of teams is improving with the size of teams increasingly based on numerical simulation.
