摘  要:通过荤素膳食与老年性疾病患病率关系的流行病学调查,同时排除了吸烟因素的影响后。结果显示两组在冠心病、高脂血症、高血压、糖尿病、癌症、胆石症和肺气肿患病率之间存在着非常显著的差异,P<0.005,OR≥3。发现内分泌失衡是很多疾病的病理基础,而摄入过量的脂肪而导致高脂血症又是内分泌失衡必不可少的条件。The diet of 2 595 retired army senior cadres in the meat diet group and 732 monks in the vegetarian diet group were investigated and prevalence rates of diseases were analyzed. It was found that the prevalence rates of high plasma lipid, hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, cholelithiasis, cancer and pulmonary emphysema were higher in the meat diet group than in the vegetarian diet group. It was found that the endocrine disorder was the primary pathological factor in many diseases and that the intake of excessive fat leads to higher plasma lipid which caused endocrine disorder. It is suggested that dietary fat be limited in order to reduce prevalence rates of these diseases.
