浙江省青少年竞技运动员情绪智力的若干因素研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查法,对浙江省6市少体校的400名青少年运动员的情绪智力进行研究,结果显示:浙江省青少年运动员的情绪智力在性别、训练年限、运动项目和运动等级等因素上存在显著性的差异。具体表现为女运动员的情绪智力总体上好于男运动员;青少年运动员的情绪智力水平随着训练年限的增长而显著的增长;集体项目的运动员要优于个人项目的运动员;二级运动员的情绪智力要优于一般运动员。This paper, through questionnaire investigation, makes a study on the emotion intelligence of 400 teenage athletes in 6 teenage sports schools in Zhejiang province. The study discoveres that there exists distinguished differences in factors, like sexuality, training years, sports project and level, etc. of emotion intelligence of teenage athletes in Zhejiang province. It showes that in emotion intelligence, female athletes in general are superior to male ones, collective project athletes to individual project athletes, second-level teenage athletes to average teenage athletes,and emotion intelligence improves greatly with the training years increasing.
