精神分裂症患者脑血流速度的对照研究

摘　　要：目的了解精神分裂症患者脑血流速度的情况。方法运用多普勒超声仪测定６０例精神分裂症患者脑及颈动脉的血流速度，并与４０例健康正常人对照比较。结果发现精神分裂症患者双侧颈总动脉及右侧颈内动脉血流速度明显减慢，流向脑部的血液明显减少。左侧椎动脉、左侧大脑前及两侧小脑后下动脉的血流速度明显减慢。结论精神分裂症患者脑内局部血液供应减少。Objective To explore the condition of cerebral blood flow in the schizophrenic patients.Method The speed of blood flow of both brain regions and carotid arteries in the 60 patients with schizophrenia who were determined by Transcranil Doppler Sonography,and compared with 40 healthy subjects.Results The speed of blood flow of left arteriae cerebri anterior in patient group was 32.28±9.42cm/s,the control group was 36.22±6.65cm/s(P<0.05);The speed of left arteriae vertebralis during the diastolic phase in patient group was 25.78±8.35cm/s,the control group was 29.87±7.48cm/s(P<0.05);The speed of blood flow of right arteriae carotis communis during the diastolic phase in patient group was 15.11±4.46,the control group was 17.52±4.43(P<0.01);The speed of blood flow of left arteriae carotis communis during the diastolic phase in patient group was 14.31±3.73cm/s,the control group 17.2±3.66cm/s(P<0.01).Conclusion The results showed that the local blood supply in the brain was reduced in patients with schizophrenia and provided a beneficial clue to study the cause of schizophrenia.
