摘  要:铺管船用张紧器属于海上作业设备,要求其在工作过程中尽量减少能耗。对张紧器液压夹紧和电机驱动系统进行节能设计;在液压系统中动力源是液压系统的主要能耗因素,通过分析采用A7V.80.EL型高效、节能、大功率的复合变量泵来匹配液压系统达到节能的目的;在交流伺服电机驱动系统中,根据大功率电机的特点采用变频器对电机进行启停控制,减小启动电流实现节能,同时在电机的运行过程中,通过对功率因数进行模糊控制达到节能目的,并通过试验证明系统节能效果。The tensioner for pipelaying vessel is a kind of offshore operation equipment, it is important to reduce the energy consumption. The hydraulic and motor driving system was designed to save energy. In hydraulic pressure system, the main energy consumption factor was power source, so variable capacity pump ATV. 80. EL with high efficient, energy saving and high power was chosen to achieve energy saving. In the AC servo motor system, the transducer was adopted to control start and stop of the motor according to the characteristic of high-power motor, and the power factor was controlled by fuzzy arithmetic in the moving process in order to save the energy. The experimental result shows that the energy saving effect is obvious by using this method.
