摘　　要：根据工业锅炉的实际情况,选择开关阀作为阀门定位器的控制元件,并选择基于PID的PWM作为系统的控制策略。介绍了阀门空位系统的构成,通过对控制器软硬件的设计,开发了智能气动阀门定位器专用控制器,通过实验验证了该系统的定位精度、鲁棒性以及稳定性,结果表明该控制器完全达到设计要求。Based on the actual situation of industrial boilers, switch valve was selected as control components of valve position controller, and PWM based on PID control was selected to control the system of industrial boilers. The model of switch valve was selected. An intelligent pneumatic valve position controller was developed, its hardware and software was designed. The experimental results show that this system has high positioning accuracy, good robustness and stability. It fully meets the design requirements.
