摘　　要：从"地域性城市设计"的概念出发,提出小城镇发展规划的地域性的概念、构成及特征,分析了小城镇发展规划中地域性的形成机制及消失的原因,在此基础上,提出把握小城镇发展规划的地域性的保护与创新的具体内容和措施。From the concept of regional urban design,the paper points out the concept,the components and characteristics of the developmental planning for small towns,analyzes the reasons for the formation mechanism and disappearance in developmental planning in small towns,and points out some concrete contents and measures for the regional protection and creation of the developmental planning in small towns.
