摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺球蛋白(Tg)测定和131I全身显像(131I-WBS)联合应用在分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)手术+131I治疗后的意义。方法29例分化型甲状腺癌患者术后4～6周用131I首次行清除残余甲状腺治疗,3～6个月后重复治疗,治疗中131I-WBS和Tg测定同期完成。结果在首次清除残留甲状腺组织治疗时,显像发现淋巴、肺及骨转移5例,其余转移灶于3～6个月后二次治疗时发现,有5例患者(17.2%)Tg测定在正常范围,而131I-WBS出现转移灶;3例患者(10.3%)Tg测定异常,而131I-WBS正常。结论Tg测定和131I-WBS可作为诊断DTC有无转移的重要指标,二者在随访中应联合应用,可互相补充。Objective To investigate the value of thyroglobulin（Tg） and 131I-whole body scan（131I-WBS） on the differentiated thyroid carcinoma（ DTC） with 131I therapy after surgical treatment.Methods 29 patients with DTC after surgical treatment were treated with 131I therapy,and treated again 3-6 months later.The serum Tg levels in patients were measured,and all patients were also performed 131I-WBS.Results 5 patients have been found metastases to lymph,lung and bone in first 131I therapy.The serum Tg levels in 5 patients（17.2%） were normal,but the 131I-WBS results were positive.The serum Tg levels in 3 patients（10.3%） patients were abnormal,but 131I-WBS was negative.Conclusion The combined measurement of serum Tg level and 131I-WBS could be regarded as important index in the diagnosis of metastases of cancer on the patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma.
