摘　　要：凡是符合最小作用量原理的物质及其思想都应该是和谐的。以不和谐的思想为指导,要想达到和谐社会是不可能的,因此必须进行思想范式的转换。为了达到相对终极态的和谐社会,中国必须要有总体的改革设计,并系统的实施、系统的调控与反馈、还要求操作的适时性、成果的准确性和时效性。这就意味着:政策的系统配套。否则,中国现在改革过程中产生的弊端将无法消除,还将会不断扩大,并严重影响中国的稳定发展。In this paper, the author puts forward that all that accord with the principle of least action should be harmonious, interprets the coordination theory, harmony and the harmonious society, believes it is impossible to reach the harmonious society with the guide of the disharmonious thinking, analyses the Chinese society with the coordination theory and points out that the ideology model must be converted and the comprehensive design of reform is a must in China.
