摘　　要：人的需要及其生产与分配是确立社会结构中物质生产、精神生产和政治管理三个基本要素的依据,应立足人的劳动能力及其关系的发展深化认识物质生产、精神生产和政治管理的内涵;物质生产、精神生产和政治管理之间的相互关系主要表现为递进性、并列性和互通性,失衡兴衰与协调渐进是社会结构的两种基本类型,多重性与阶梯性充分体现出社会结构的复杂性。In this paper, with the basis that is the people＇s needs, production and distribution, the author believes that material production, spiritual production and political management are three basic elements of social structure, analyses these three basic elements, points out their relationship are progressive nature, consistency and interoperability and discusses the type and complexity of social structure.
