摘 要:为了提高逆变器的效率和性能,提出一种新型的谐振直流环节软开关逆变器。通过在传统硬开关逆变器的直流环节添加辅助谐振单元,使直流母线电压周期性地归零,实现逆变桥开关器件在零电压和零电流条件下完成切换,因此减小了开关损耗和二极管的反向恢复损耗。此外,辅助谐振单元中的开关器件可以在零电流的条件下完成开关操作。该软开关逆变器控制简单且不依赖于负载条件,过渡过程所需时间可以自由选择。文中对其工作原理进行分析,给出不同工作模式下的等效电路图和回路的参数设计方法。制作一个10kW的实验样机,实验结果验证了该软开关逆变器的有效性。A novel resonant DC link soft-switching inverter was proposed to improve the efficiency and performance of inverter. Auxiliary resonant unit was added to DC link of conventional inverter to make DC-bus voltage decrease to zero periodically, which realized zero-voltage and zero-current operation of all switching devices in inverter and reduced switching losses and reverse recovery losses of diodes. Furthermore, switching devices in the auxiliary resonant unit worked on and off under zero current switching. In addition, the control is simple and less dependant on load current, and the time of transition is freely selected. The equivalent circuits at different operation modes, the analysis of the circuit and parameter design method were presented. A 10 kW laboratory prototype has been built. Experimental results were proposed to confirm validity of soft-switching inverter presented.
