摘  要:使用Pro/E三维建模软件创建单级直齿轮减速器的三维模型,通过Mech/Pro转换该模型,实现Pro/E与ADAMS的无缝连接,在ADAMS中建立虚拟样机模型并对其施加约束和力进行动力学仿真,得出齿轮间的啮合力并进行分析,获得比较可靠的结果。In this paper, the 3D model of a single-stage spur gear reducer was established by PRO/E 3D modeling software. And then by the conversion of the model mech/pro, the seamless connection between pro/e and Adams can be achieved. After that, the model of virtual Prototyping was created in the Adams, and dynamic simulation was carried out after adding constraints and loads. Finally, the meshing forces between the gears can be obtained and the analysis was carried out, and it is proved that the results are reliable.
