78例鼻窦肿瘤首发眼部症状的临床分析

摘　　要：为了早期诊断和治疗鼻窦肿瘤眼部表现的患者,对78例鼻窦肿瘤表现为眼球突出、眼球运动障碍、复视、视力下降或丧失、上睑下垂等的患者进行分析,其中66例首诊于眼科。所有病例均经CT扫描和病理检查,结果提示鼻窦肿瘤易出现眼部症状,CT扫描有助于该病的早期诊断。67例采用手术治疗,恶性肿瘤3及5年的生存率分别为44.4％及29.6％。The ocular manifestations of 78 patients with tumors of paranasal sinuses were retrospectively analysed. Their ocular symptoms were proptosis, impairment of ocular movement, diplopia, decrease or loss of visual acuity, ptosis, etc. Of 78 patients, 66 visited ophthalmologists first. All tumors were diagnosed by computerized tomograph (CT scan) and pathological findings. Particular attention was paid to the analysis of the causes of ocular symptoms and signs. CT scan is helpful to the early diagnosis of the diseases. The three and five year survival rates of squamous cell carcinoma reached 44.4% and 29.6% respectively.
