摘　　要：目的：作者利用性自卫能力评定量表探讨精神分裂症和精神发育迟滞患者性自卫能力鉴定的相关因素，并进行对照分析。方法：精神发育迟滞３６例，现场测试，逐例入组；精神分裂症为现住院病人，计３６例，其年龄与前者相匹配。结果：精神发育迟滞组的性自卫能力与智能及社会适应能力呈高度正相关；精神分裂症组则与临床症状呈高度负相关，且与文化、职业、婚姻呈正相关，且后者总分显著高于前者。结论：可见精神分裂症性自卫能力的影响因素与精神发育迟滞有所不同。Objective:To evaluate the Capacity of Sexual Self Defense (CSSD) rating scale in clinical subjects. Method:The CSSD scores and demographic data were collected from 36 females who were mentally retarded and victims of sexual offenec.The control group consisted of 36 schizophrenic female inpatients matched with age. Results:The CSSD scores correlated positively with intelligence and social abjustment in the mentally retarded group.In the schizophrenic group,the CSSD scores correlated negatively with severity of psychiatric symptoms,educational level,occupational attainment and status of being married.The mean score of CSSD was higher in the schizophrenic than mentally retarded group. Conclusion:The present study suggests that the nature of CSSD in the mentally retarded may be different from that of the schizophrenic patients.A CSSD designed specifically for schizophrenic subjects may be necessary.
