消糜阴道泡腾片对子宫糜烂模型大鼠影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察消糜阴道泡腾片对子宫糜烂模型大鼠的治疗作用,与传统剂型消糜栓做相关比较。方法采用阴道深部注入苯酚胶浆,建立大鼠子宫糜烂模型,取宫颈组织做病理观察;采用小鼠二甲苯致炎、大鼠踝关节角叉菜胶致炎实验,观察消糜阴道泡腾片的抗炎作用;采用对倍稀释试管法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC),与消糜栓的抑菌作用作比较。结果模型组表现明显的子宫糜烂,大量炎细胞侵润,血管扩张,与空白组相比,差异显著;消糜阴道泡腾片可显著改善模型组大鼠的宫颈糜烂症状,明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廊肿胀及角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足跖肿胀,对金黄色葡萄球菌,白色念珠菌的抑制作用优于消糜栓。结论消糜阴道泡腾片对宫颈糜烂模型大鼠的治疗作用显著,抗炎以及体外抑制大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的作用均优于传统栓剂。OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of the Xiaomi Vaginal Effervescent Tablets on experimental rats with cervical erosion compared with Xiaomi Suppository, and its anti-inflammatory effect. METHODS In the pathological model of cervical erosion on rats, set up by deep injection of phenol mucilage into vagina,effects of Xiaomi Effervescent Tablets on histomorphology of cervical tissue. Dimethyl benzene-induced Swelling of auricle in mice, Xiaomi Effervescent Tablets were diluted and minimal inhibitory concentration （MIC）detected, and compared with Xiaomi Suppository. RESULTS Compared with the control group,histopathological morphometry showed singnificantin flammatory cell infiltration,dilatation of small blood yessels,keratinization of vaginal epithelium in the model groups. Xiaomi Effervescent Tablets obviously inhibited the swelling of mouse pinna induced by xylene,and suppressed the edema of rat hind paw elicited by carrageenan. CONCLUSION Xiaomi Effervescent Tablets have significant anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory effects on rats with cervical erosion compared with Xiaomi Suppository and can treat cervical erosion to some extent.
