摘　　要：为了提高工效目的,研究了某装配生产线,应用人机操作与动作分析方法,探讨装配线上操作者的作业方式,解决作业中的人机协调问题。结果表明:采用改善后的装配作业方式,提高了装配效率,减轻了操作者的劳动强度。An assembly line was researched as an example in order to improve work efficiency .This paper applied Human-machine operation and motion analysis method The workers＇ operation mode was discussed to solve the human-machine＇s concerted issues .The results show that the application of improved operation mode increased assembly efficiency and reduced the operator＇s labor intensity.
