摘　　要：目的：评估用自体球结膜加角膜缘上皮移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法：显微镜下行翼状胬肉切除联合自体球结膜加角膜缘上皮移植术，术后随访观察１年以上。结果：１１２例１２６只眼随访期间无复发。病程达３０年以上７只眼翼状胬肉下的角膜基质层混浊。其余１１９只眼角膜透明，视力提高。结论：自体球结膜加角膜缘上皮移植术治疗翼状胬肉术后反应轻，恢复快，是一种较好的术式。OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical effect autosrafting of bulbar conjunctiva and corneal limbal epithelium for treatment of pterygium. METHODS: Excision of pterysium combined autografting of bulbar conjunctiva and corneal limbal epithelium was performed with surgical microscope. Postoperative examinations underwent at the one year follow up. RESULTS: No recurrence occurred in all of 112 cases (126 eyes ), and visual acuity of 119 eyes of them improved. Corneal interstitial layers under pterygium were opaque in seven eyes whose course of disease were about 30 years. CONCLUSION: Postoperative reaction was mild in autosrafting of bulbar conjunctiva and corneal limbal epithelium for treatment of pterygium, and incision could recover speedily. This technique was one of effective methods on treatment of pterygium.
