摘 要:研究了22℃、16℃两个温境、实验室系统中长刺溞、短腹平直溞、多刺裸腹溞、透明溞4种枝角类对于小球藻及铜绿微囊藻混合藻液的牧食能力及其在恒定光照条件下的净水能力。结果显示:4种枝角类在藻液初始吸光度大于0.160的情况下均可使藻液浓度下降,其摄食速度随藻类生物量增加而增加,当藻类生物量超过饱和值时,摄食速度随之下降。徐州长刺溞牧食及净水能力最强,在底泥背景下滇池短腹平直溞摄食及净水能力有所增强,透明溞摄食净水能力差,多刺裸腹溞在处理后期自身的排泄物会污染水体。Outbreak of cyanobacteria blooms, with associated unsightly scum and unpleasant odor, occurs regularly in the eutrophication lakes. One of useful ways of blooms controlling is biocontrol method with filter feeding eladocerans. Four kinds of cladocerans D. longispina, P. aduncus, M. macrocopa and Daphnica hylina mixed algae water of Chlorella sp. and Microcystis Aeruginosa were studied in laboratory experiments under two temperatures The results showed that the cladocerans were capable of ingesting cyanobacteria. With the average DO of mixture-algae-solution in the range of 0. 160 -0. 800, the water fihering rate of cladocerans rose and its grazing rate dropped with the decrease of the Chlorella sp and Microcystis Aeruginosa. During the experiment, D. longispina showed the most efficient grazing ability on the mixture algae. The results showed that using cladocerans such as D. longispina to control the eutrophication of algae-bloom-water was feasible. And at the same time it indicated the significant difference between different kinds of cladocerans. So it is necessary to select the most suitable kind of cladocera in the screening test before.
