儿童过敏性紫癜消化道病变与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨过敏性紫癜患儿的消化道病变与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性。方法对2006年10月至2008年10月诊治的87例过敏性紫癜患儿进行电子胃镜检查,并分析消化道病变与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性。结果过敏性紫癜消化道黏模病变表现为充血、水肿、片状出血、糜烂等,病变以十二指肠降部及球部最常见,且消化道内镜下病变较重组幽门螺杆菌感染率高于内镜下病变较轻组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论幽门螺杆菌感染可能是过敏性紫癜发病原因之一,而且与其消化道黏膜受损程度亦有关。Objective To study the association between Gastrointestinal involvement in Henoeh- Schonlein pur- pura and Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods Eithty - seven records of children with Henoch - Schonlein purpura be- tween Oct. 2006 and Oct. 2008 were reviewed. Endoscopy and Helicobacter pylori detection were performed in all pa- tients. Results Endoscopy revealed congestion, edema, splotch hemorrhage and erosion, mostly in duodenum descend- ent and bulb. The infection rate in sever group with Hp was significantly higher than those of control group. Conclusion Helicobacter pylori infection may be one of the causes of Henoch - Schonlein purpura, and is assoicated with progression of mucosal disease.
