摘　　要：介绍了应用于气流膨化机上采用PLC、触摸屏、变频器和变送器组成的控制系统,给出了系统的工作流程及其相应的软硬件设计,实现了气流膨化机的全自动控制。This paper is intended to introduce a control system applying in turbo puffing equipment. This system composed with PLC, touch screen, inverter and transducer. The system working process, and relevant design of its hard wares and soft ware are also discussed in this paper. The turbo puffing equipment realized auto -control with it.
