摘　　要：目的从蕨麻中提取α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂。方法采用水提和水提醇沉方法得到蕨麻水提物、浸膏、粗多糖。按pNPG法测定蕨麻提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的纯酶和正常ICR小鼠离体小肠α-葡萄糖苷酶活性影响。结果各蕨麻提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的纯酶均有非常明显的抑制作用,其水提物、浸膏对离体小肠α-葡萄糖苷酶也有抑制作用,呈量效关系。结论蕨麻提取物有α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂样作用,有效部位可能为浸膏。Objective To extract α-glucosidase inhibitors from Potentilla anserina L. Methods Water- decocting method and water - decoeting ethanol - precipitation were applied to obtain water extract, sodden ointment and polysaccharides of PotentiUa anserina L. The colorimetry of pNPG was used for the determination of the activity of alpha - glucosidase pure enzyme and alpha - glucosidase from isolated small intestines of natural ICR mice. Results The extracts of Potentilla anserina L. had obvious inhibitory effect on the ointment also had inhibitory effect on α- glucosidase from pure enzyme of α- glucosidase. The water extract and sodden isolated small intestine in natural ICR mice, the effect being in a dose- dependant manner. Conclusion The extracts of Potentilla anserina L. have the inhibitor- like effect on α-glucosidase, and the active position is probably in the sodden ointment.
