摘  要:目的充分利用我国南海药用资源,发现软珊瑚Sinularia polydactyla(Ehreberg)中抗肿瘤和抗炎活性成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析,物理常数比较和波谱方法(NMR、MS等)确定化合物的结构。结果从采自海南三亚海域的多型短指软珊瑚Sinularia polydactyla(Ehreberg)乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到3个甾体类化合物。通过物理数据比较和波谱方法确定其结构分别是:24-亚甲基-9,11-开环胆甾-5-烯-3β,11-二醇-9-酮(1),9,11-开环麦角甾-5-烯-3β,11-二醇-9-酮(2),麦角甾-3β,5α,6β-三醇(3)。结论化合物1,2,3均首次从此种软珊瑚中得到。体外活性试验表明均具有抗炎活性和显著的细胞毒活性。Objective For utilization of the medicinal sources from South China Sea, antitumour and antiflammaty active constituents of Sinularia polydactyla (Ehreberg) were analyzed. Methods On the basis of to indification of The structures of the active constituents of Sinularia polydactyla (Ehreberg) were identified by silica gel column chromatography, spectroscopic methods (such as NMR and MS ) and physical constant comparison. Results Three sterols were first isolated from the ethanol - exacts of soft coral Sinularia polydactyla collected from Sanya Bay, Hainan Island, and their structures were identified as 24 - methylene - 9, 11 - secocholest - 5 - en - 3β, 11 - diol - 9 - one (1), 9, 11 - secoergost- 5-en-3β, 11-diol- 9- one (2), and ergostane 3β, 5α, 6β- triol (3). Conclusion Comonents 1, 2, and 3 are isolated from the soft coral for the first time, and exert potent cytotoxic and anti - inflammatory actions.
