摘　　要：激烈竞争的就业环境、大学生就业目标的实现、就业工作的内在本质要求高校实现就业工作"全员化"。大学生就业工作"全员化"具有广泛性、全面性、连续性、针对性、实效性的特点。高校要以学校"一把手工程"为龙头,以学院自主开展就业工作为关键,以发挥教师的作用为基础,构建学校、学院和教师"三位一体、全员参与"的毕业生就业工作模式。It is required that university should implement a full personnel work model of undergraduate employment because of the great competition of employment environment, the realizing employment goal of undergraduate and the internal essence of graduate employment. The work of undergraduate employment has characteristics of extensiveness, comprehensiveness, continuity, pertinence and practicality. University should construct a trinity and full personnel work model of undergraduate employment based on ＂the leader project＂ as dragon head, school developing undergraduate employment work independently as core, the staff playing active roles as foundation.
