摘  要:为了彻底解决高压输电线路巡检机器人的能源供给问题,介绍了一种适用于高压架空输电线路自动巡检机器人的能源在线补给装置,该装置主要由自具电源和锂电池充电电路组成。其中自具电源将高压输电线周围的磁能转化为直流电能,它不仅可直接为机器人供电,而且还可以在电源控制器的控制下通过充电电路对备用锂电池在线充电,完全满足机器人长时间、长距离不间断巡检工作的要求,同时该装置还可广泛应用于其他高压输电导线上各类电气设备和野外带电作业移动设备,具有广阔的应用前景。In order to completely solve the energy supply problem of high-voltage transmission line iterative inspection robot, atype of on-line energy supply device was introduced, which can be applied to the inspection robot for high voltage overhead power transmission lines. The system is mainly composed of self-supplying power source, battery charging sets, batteries and DC-DC modules. In which, self-supplying power source changes magnetism energy around the high voltage transmission lines into DC energy, which can not only supply power for the robot directly, but also online charge batteries by charging circuit to meet the demands for long time or long distance uninterrupted inspecting work. At the same time, the device can he widely used in other electrical equipments for high-voltage transmission lines and field electriferous mobile devices, so it has broad application prospects.
