白细胞介素Ⅱ激活的TIL治疗晚期大肠癌患者18例疗效研究

摘　　要：对１８例晚期大肠癌患者进行ＴＩＬ免疫治疗。研究结果表明：ＴＩＬ治疗晚期大肠癌，可使患者腹水明显减少或消失，瘤体部分缩小，存活期延长，体重增加，疼痛减轻。经ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值，ＳＩＬ２Ｒ、ＮＫＣ、ＢＣＧ免疫功能检测，证明ＴＩＬ治疗晚期大肠癌患者可调节机体免疫平衡，促进机体免疫功能提高，增强机体的抗癌消瘤能力，达到减轻痛苦，延长寿命的作用。本文认为：在晚期大肠癌的综合治疗中，ＴＩＬ免疫疗法可作为重要方法之一。cases of colonrectal cancer in late stage were treated with TIL. The result showed that after the treatment,ascites either decreased significanty or disappeared. Tumor body shrinked partially.The patients had prolonged survival duration,increased body weight and abated pain.Through Immune function detection fo CD 4/CD 8、SIL 2R、NKC and BCG,it is showed that TIL treatment of large intestine cancer in late stage could regulate the balance of body immune function,facilitate the body immune function and increase the ability to resist the cancer,so that the pain could be abated and survival duration prolonged.The authors consider that of combined treatments of large intestine cancer in late stage, TIL immune therapy is one of the important methods.
