摘  要:本文拟厘清远程教育评估、评审、认证三个概念的共性与个性;并以电大试点评估、ICDE质量评审、ISO9000族标准认证为例,对三者具体实施过程做简单介绍,并加以比较,以期对中国远程教育机构选择认证的机构和方式提供建议;同时,能更好地理解远程教育评估、评审和认证对中国远程教育下一步质量保证的作用与意义。This paper intends to clarify the commonality and individuality among the three concepts of the distance education's as- sessment, evaluation and certification. And make RTVU as an experimental unit and as an illustration to assessment, evaluation on IC- DE quality, standard certification on ISO9000 series, in order to aim at the specific implementation process of the three to do a brief introduction and comparison. With a view to provide recommendations on China distance education institute choose what certification institute and its way, while make a better understanding of distance education assessment, evaluation, certification and the next step for Quality Assurance role and significance of China Distance Education.
