初探非护理文书表格法在精神科护理工作中标准研究

摘　　要：目的:根据科研方法,从理论上探讨非护理文书表格记录法在精神科护理工作中评价标准的确立。方法:初步拟定非护理文书记录体系构架;确立指标评价系统:采用德尔菲法对25名专家三轮问卷咨询和两轮问卷调研;护士调查测评表等综合确定表格法记录体系标准权重。结果:非护理文书表格记录法的一级指标的四个方面:规范完整、省时节效、难度强度和纸张利用率,二级指标的10个方面为非护理文书表格记录法体系标准。结论:两轮问卷调研结果均有可靠性,所构建的非护理文书表格记录法体系标准,能从多个角度体现非护理文书表格记录法的可行性,也对非护理文书记录的科学性做出了较为公正、客观的标准评价。Objective： According to scientific methods, to Probe into the form recording - method of non - nursing documents and establish its evaluation criterion in psychiatric nursing care theoretically. Methods：First, draw up the system framework of the form recording - method of non - nursing documents ; then establish the system of the index evaluation ： According to Delphi, to inquire 25 experts by questionnaire ; to investigate the chart of assessment and evaluation by nurses and determine the weights of the criterion of the form recording - method. Results： The four respects of the first class index （ the integrated specifications, to save the time, the difficulty and intensity, and paper＇s utilization rate and so on） and the ten respects of the second class index in the form recording -method of non - nursing documents are the system criterion of the form recording - method of non - nursing documents. Conclusions ： The results of twp times＇questionnaire are all reliable. The index evaluation of the form recording-method of non -nursing documents can reflect its feasibility in many respects and has made much more fair and objective criterion evaluation for its scientific value.
